What is in a jar of Nutella?

See the full ingredients list below.

After writing the post about Nutella being removed from some supermarkets in Europe and the UK, we decided that it would be good to share the list of ingredients found in the most-loved Hazelnut spread.

With it's potential dangers, Palm Oil is not only being used in Nutella - it's being used in many products and we're going to be bringing you a series of posts with all the details you NEED to know about.

For now - take a look at the full list of ingredients in Nutella, you'll never see it in the same way!

Nutella Ingredients

- Sugar

- Palm Oil

- Hazlenuts (13%)

- Fat Reduced Cocoa (7.4%)

- Skimmed Milk Powder (6.6%)

- Whey Powder (Milk)

Here is a simplified version of Nutella.

Nutella is portrayed as a product that every family should enjoy whether it's for breakfast (on toast) or as part of a snack or sweet treat,  however when you actually look at what's contained - the amount of sugar is astounding!

Are we really being protected by the Food Standards Agency?

Shouldn't things be looked at around the world in much more detail to ensure that the things we're eating is beneficial to our diet?
