The LIE about Vitamin D Supplements
Here's what you need to know…
Vitamin D Supplements are being portrayed as this new "God Send" with many reports suggesting that it can help to prevent colds, flu, aches and pains but that's not the case…..
Vitamin D that we receive from the sun (when we go on holiday) is what ACTUALLY makes all the difference as this is something that we cannot get any other way - no matter what supplements you take, it's not the same.
Vitamin D from the sun is what you actually need and what your body will actually benefit from and that's what we're missing in the UK.
All those reports suggesting supplements are the way to go are not correct - whilst it might help you feel better, it's not as brilliant as it's made out to be.
We already have a problem with ingredients used in our foods, we don't need the addition of more things like this.
If you take care of yourself as much as possible, eat a healthy diet and go on holiday to warm places with sunshine - it will do your body so much better than having to rely on supplements which don't provide your body with all you need.
