Anthony Joshua stops Wladimir Klitschko in 11th round at Wembley
One of the most talked about fights - see more details below.
The show was a sell-out with a record number of people attending - 90,000 people were in the national stadium and millions of people tuned in from their homes or streamed online.
Both sides handled the rounds and situations as best as they could and even though Anthony Joshua was the home-favourite to win (and defend his IBF title) - both fighters had to overcome heavy hits and extremely tiring rounds.
It was all to play for and throughout the the fight, there was no certainty as who was to win - at one stage, things looked good for Klitschko who delivered a series of hits, leaving Joshua in trouble.
For Anthony Joshua, this was the longest fight of his career - going into unchartered territory he picked up force and control, managing to produce a dramatic round.
Bringing Klitschko to a halt in the 11th round and flooring him yet again.
The referee, David Fields signalled the finish and sparked celebration in the stadium of 90,000 people.
Following the fight - this is what both sides had to say.

"I'm not perfect but I'm trying. You leave your ego at the door and respect your opponent. Wladimir is a role model in and out of the ring."
"I'm a little bit emotional right now because I know I've got doubters - but, I dig deep. When you go to the trenches, you find out who you really are."
Wladimir Klitschko
"The best man won tonight. It was an amazing event who fought each other. Anthony was the better today than I."
"It's really sad that I didn't make it tonight, I was planning to do it but it didn't work."
