Janet Jackson Split
Janet Jackson Splits shortly after son's birth in January.
The singer decided to change and took on a new, low-key lifestyle however - as much as she tried to remain away from the media's attention - one rumour kept making the rounds.
Religion - the speculation surrounding the singer and her changed to Islam was constantly denied however matters weren't helped when she stepped out what was considered to be a so called 'Muslim Dress'.
The attention the photos gained was overwhelming, however it was later claimed that the item was a £1000 menswear item from Adidas.
The couple's son, Eissa, was born in January however it has now been announced that Janet Jackson has split from her husband, Wissam Al Mana - who's rumoured to be worth around £800 million.
Wissam Al Mana was born in Qatar to a wealthy family. He grew up and joined the family business - Al Mana which represents major fashion companies around the world.
Since the early days of the relationship, it has been claimed that Janet Jackson changed for her husband.
On stage, the singer changed her performance and in 2014 when she was on tour, she appeared wearing loose-fitting clothing with long-sleeves which was a stark contrast to the figure-hugging catsuits and costumes that she wore.
It's also rumoured that certain phrases and words were not to be used in her album.
Even fans realised a change with the star and a spoof banner made the rounds on social media saying "Missing Person" with Janet Jackson's face.
Sources close to the star say that Janet Jackson couldn't take anymore of the situation and wanted to support her mother through a difficult time she's facing in LA and with no support from her husband decided enough was enough.
It's better to be apart yet 'together' for their child rather than staying together in an unhealthy relationship.
