A mistake which will never be forgotten - the accountants at the centre of the Oscars which saw La La Land being awarded for Best Picture have since had to hire bodyguards after receiving death threats.
The most-talked-about moment at the Oscars was when Brian Cullinan handed Warren Beatty the incorrect envelope with Faye Dunaway to present the evening's final award for "Best Picture" - La La Land.
The actual winner was Moonlight and the event turned into an embarrassment - in effect, ruining the evening.
Since then, Cullinan and his employee, Martha Ruiz are in "such fear for their lives" that they have now had to hire security in order to protect them from any threat.
Things like this should NOT happen - it's not a little event, it's The Oscars and this really is a moment that will never be forgotten.
