Why you need to STOP drinking milk

Why you need to STOP drinking milk

After being told that milk is good for us, it's now not as healthy as you think - see more here!
Remember those days when we were told that milk was good for our bones and health?

According to new research, things are now being proven otherwise and we're taking a look below….

Cow's Milk is for Calves

There's no denying that Cow's milk is a great source of food - for calves!

Many doctors have spoken about this and don't recommend milk to humans as the body absorbs and processes milk in a way that tends to do more harm than good.

Once calves are weaned off milk, they NEVER drink it again and the same goes for other mammal species too.

Milk drains calcium from your bones

For years we've been told that milk is great for healthy bones but did you know that milk can actually reduce the amount of calcium in our bones?

A 12 year study has taken place with findings that people who consumed more calcium, ended up braking more bones that people who didn't drink milk regularly.

Why does this happen?

Milk acidifies the body pH and starts a biological correction.

Our body works in incredible ways and to neutralise the acidifying effect of milk, it uses the very same calcium which is needed for our bones - resulting in reduced calcium and weaker bones.

Did you know that Cow's milk contains, on average, more than three-times the amount of protein than human milk? Causing a 'disturbance' in the human body.

Cow's Milk v Mother's Milk

Mother's milk is GREAT nourishment for babies and has completely different composition from cow's milk.

Milk contains antibiotics and hormones

Sadly, nowadays things are only going to get worse!

Cows are being injected with growth-hormones from a young age, to grow quickly and increase the milk supply due to demand.

The growth-hormones and antibiotics being injected into the cows end up in the milk we drink and research is now starting to show that this can be linked to several cancers.

Milk can cause bloating, feeling tired and sluggish and could also be the cause for skin problems.

There are alternatives out there and by cutting down on your milk intake, it could help you in the long-run! Leaving you feeling and looking better without much effort!
