Local media is reporting that one person has been killed in a gun attack.

According to local media reports, a shooting has taken place in Amsterdam - leaving one person dead and two people injured, being taken to hospital.

No arrests have been made however police are said to be chasing down suspects - witnesses have said that there were "several attackers wearing balaclavas". 

The area has been cordoned off with police at the scene.
