The Great Repeal Bill will also allow businesses to continue operating on the day after the UK leaves the EU - knowing that "rules have not changed overnight".
What does this mean?
Workers' rights, environments protection and consumer rights will continue as UK Laws with Parliament allowed to change them at a later date - if needed.
Laws will then be made in London, Cardiff, Edinburgh and Belfast - being interpreted by Judges in the UK and NOT by Judges in Luxembourg as it happens now.
The repeal bill will not give the European Court of Justice a role in the future and UK courts will no longer be obliged to consider cases decided by the European Court of Justice.
However, UK courts WILL be allowed to refer to the ECJ case law and it would have the same status as Supreme Court decisions which can be overturned by rulings.

Ensuring the UK leaves the jurisdiction of the European Court of Justice
Would come into force the day the UK leaves the EU
Speaking to the media, David Davis has said that "this is not a threat" - this is for the good of both sides.
"This a statement of the fact is that this will be harmful for both of us - if we don't get a deal."
